Getting to Hollywood

Getting here

  • Access via Entrance 5 off Monash Avenue
  • Proceed past Medical Centre (on your right) towards the Multi-Storey Visitor Parking (brightly coloured wall).
  • Veer left on the roundabout and proceed all the way to the next roundabout.
  • Exit left off roundabout and enter undercover parking to your left – Consulting Centre and Endoscopy Suite (Building H).
  • Park on Level 1 or Level 2 and take the lift up to Level 3.
  • As you come out of the lift please look overhead for the signs and proceed left to Suite 302.  At present we do not have any signage, however we are located directly opposite the Endoscopy Suite.

Do I need a GP referral to make an appointment?

Yes. To make an appointment for a test, you will require a referral from your GP or specialist.

 

If you are experiencing symptoms or concerned about your heart health, you will need to first make an appointment to visit your GP. Your GP will assess your symptoms and recommend the appropriate tests. If your GP refers you for a cardiac test, you can phone your nearest Advara HeartCare centre to make an appointment. The team may request that you provide a copy of your referral in advance, or that you simply bring it on the day. 

Note: if you are experiencing chest pain, feeling unwell or have any other symptoms that are concerning you, please call 000.

To have a heart test at Advara HeartCare, you will need a referral from your doctor or specialist. Depending on the type of test you have been referred for, there may be minimal preparation, or no preparation required at all.
