Yes. To make an appointment for a test, you will require a referral from your GP or specialist.
If you are experiencing symptoms or concerned about your heart health, you will need to first make an appointment to visit your GP. Your GP will assess your symptoms and recommend the appropriate tests. If your GP refers you for a cardiac test, you can phone your nearest Advara HeartCare centre to make an appointment. The team may request that you provide a copy of your referral in advance, or that you simply bring it on the day.
