About Dr Xiao-Fang Xu
Dr Xiao Fang Xu is an interventional and consultant cardiologist at SJOG Murdoch with admitting rights to Fiona Stanley, SJOG Murdoch, Mount and Hollywood Hospitals.
She holds a PhD in Cardiology, practiced for three years as an Advanced Cardiology Fellow in Echocardiology and Clinical Cardiology at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Foundation in USA. Xiao Fang was formerly the Director of Coronary Care at Fremantle hospital and Head of Echocardiology at Royal Perth Hospital.
She is active in cutting edge cardiology including transcatheter aortic valve implantation, percutaneous structural heart disease management and left atrial appendage occluders. She is particularly interested in valvular disease management, transthoracic /transoesophageal/ stress echocardiography, coronary angiography and pacing.
