At Advara HeartCare we value providing safe, evidence based, person centred care. This includes listening to what our patients have to say about our medical treatment or processes, or other aspects of patient care, to help us improve our care and services.

We also understand that in some circumstances it may be necessary for relatives, carers, or advocates to raise concerns or make a complaint on your behalf.
